1. General Policy

   As Peduli Insan is a non-profit organization, donations are generally non-refundable, as funds are allocated promptly to charitable and humanitarian activities.

   Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication with Peduli Insan may result in account restrictions and may be reported to relevant payment service providers.

2. Exceptional Refund Cases

   Refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including:

   • Duplicate transactions
   • Incorrect donation amount
   • Technical or system error during payment processing

   All refund requests are subject to review and approval.

3. Refund Request Requirements

   To request a refund, donors must:

   • Submit a written request within fourteen (14) days of the donation date by contacting our customer support through our official communication channels.
   • Refund request submitted after the fourteen (14)-day period will not be considered.
   • Provide clear proof of payment (receipt or transaction reference)
   • State the reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing Time

   If approved:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
   • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway procedures.

5. Refund Method & Fees

   • Approved refunds will be made only to the original bank account or payment method used for the donation. Refund request involving a different bank account or payment method cannot be processed
   • Refund requests involving a different bank account or payment method cannot be processed.
   • Any administrative, bank, or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Refund Limitations

   Application for refunds will not be entertained for reasons such as donor regret, change of mind or dissatisfaction with how the funds are used.

7. Refund Approval Discretion

   Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
