   • Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia (“Peduli Insan”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Malaysia. We conduct charitable, humanitarian, and community-based activities funded through public donations.

   • By accessing our website or making a donation through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Donations

   • All payments made to Peduli Insan are voluntary donations intended to support our charitable objectives. Donations are not payments for goods or services.

3. Use of Donations

   • Peduli Insan endeavours to utilize donations responsibly for approved programs, humanitarian missions, beneficiary assistance, and operational costs.

   • Operational costs include, but are not limited to, administration, compliance, logistics, staffing and payment processing fees.

   • While donations are intended for specific causes, Peduli Insan cannot guarantee exact allocation due to operational needs, emergencies or regulatory requirements. Where necessary, we reserve the right to reallocate donations to other urgent or relevant charitable purposes to ensure effective aid delivery.

4. Donor Responsibility

   Donors are responsible for ensuring that:

   • Donation amounts entered are accurate

   • Payment and personal details provided are correct

   Peduli Insan shall not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by donors.

5. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

   • Peduli Insan collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

   • By using our website or making a donation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Third-Party Payment Providers

   • Donations made through our website may be processed by third-party payment service providers, including banks and payment gateways.

   • Peduli Insan shall not be responsible for any delay, technical failure, or error caused such third-party providers.

   • All refund matters are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

   Peduli Insan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any donation mode. Peduli Insan shall not be liable for donor losses related to currency exchanges or third party payment gateway failures.

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia

12. Fraudulent Donations

    • Peduli Insan reserves the right to decline, suspend, or reverse any donation suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable laws.
    • Donors shall indemnify and keep Peduli Insan indemnified against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the website or donation platform, false information provided, or unauthorized transactions.
    • This includes, but is not limited to, the use of third-party bank accounts or payment methods without proper authorization.

13. Force Majeure

    Peduli Insan shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in carrying out its charitable activities due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions or technical failures.
