Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia Shares Happiness with Syrian Children Through “Qurban 4 Ummah” & “Adha Charity” Projects: On Monday evening, the fourth day of the blessed Eid al-Adha, on the third of August 2020, Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia completed implementing (Qurban 4 Ummah - Al-Adha Charity) projects, confirming the identity of the Islamic community whose members support each other and aim to help the displaced Syrians who left their homes and settled in camps (Aleppo countryside - Idlib countryside - Arsal, Lebanon). Qurban 4 Ummah project included approximately 300 qurban as follows, (25 cows - 15 camels - 260 sheep). More than 15,000 families in the northern Syrian camps and Arsal camps in Lebanon benefited from the project. While the number of beneficiaries of Al-Adha Charity project reached nearly 5,000 families, including: ( elderly - orphans - people with special needs - the poor and the needy - and families that do not have a breadwinner) within the camps in Aleppo countryside, Idlib countryside and Arsal,Lebanon. The leader of Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia’s team inside Syria conveyed to us from the Syrian families messages of thanks gratitude to the Malaysian nation in general and to the donors of these charitable projects in particular, for getting meat after being deprived of eating them for a long period of time as a result of the difficult conditions in which they live. He added that this type of projects also contributed to bringing joy and pleasure to the hearts of the poor children who are waiting for the feast to come and eat their favorite dish, which is rice with meat. He added: The displaced Syrians suffer difficult life under the economic conditions they are going through. All those present here have been forced to leave their homes and villages and flee from them as a result of the ongoing war there, in addition to the fact that most families do not have a breadwinner because they lost their children due to the war that has been taking place there for more than ten years. It is worth noting that Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia focused in Qurban 4 Ummah and al-Adha Charity projects on spreading the concept of giving in the Islamic community and drawing a smile on the faces of the displaced Syrians during the days of the blessed Eid al-Adha, since this occasion is a season for joy and solidarity among the people of the nation, and spreading the spirit of bonding and compassion among its members.
