Nearly ten years of war and millions of Syrians are still suffering difficult living conditions, especially with the increasing of their numbers and needs, whether in Syria within the camps or in neighboring countries such as Turkey and Lebanon.
According to the latest statistics, four out of five of Syrian people are below the poverty line, prompting children to take extreme measures to survive - such as child labor - to help members of their families secure the cost of living.
Therefore, the humanitarian aid sector is one of the most important sectors that the organization attaches great importance to, as it focuses on providing basic assistance to refugees, displaced people, the poor and orphans in Syria, by providing food and non-food items that commensurate with their need. In addition to responding quickly to emergencies such as disasters and conflicts, with the aim of alleviating any damages or problems that may be caused.

Humanitarian Aid Projects:
The Syrian catastrophe is one of the most dangerous and complex emergency situations in the world, since the war has greatly destroyed health facilities.
Disability rates in some regions reach 30% of the population, and at least 45% of those injured by the war suffer from permanent disability that requires specialized care for a long time after the end of the conflicts.
In addition to the poor health situation inside the refugee camps in Syria, due to the lack of health care in light of the large increase in the number of displaced people in parallel with the small number of medical centers there.
Therefore, the health care sector within the organization works to ensure good health for the Syrians and works on providing total health care, ending epidemics and infectious diseases, and providing access to safe medicines and vaccines for all.
Our health projects aim to improve public health and achieve development, especially in refugee camps, who suffer from a lack of health care.
Projects of the Healthcare Sector:
The sponsorship sector (Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia ) is concerned with sponsoring orphans, poor families, people with special needs and those with chronic diseases among the displaced and poor Syrians, socially economically and psychologically, in order to improve their living conditions as much as possible, to reduce their suffering and put a smile on their faces after all pains and hardships they experience during their displacement

This sector aims to increase the dependence of displaced families who have no breadwinner on their own capabilities for securing their needs, through developing human and economic resources available within their community, and utilising them to serve the beneficiaries and their immediate surroundings. Consequently, the beneficiaries' dependence on continued aid from donor agencies and associations decreases, in addition to improving their quality of life and raising their morale, by integrating them into the productive life cycle again, involving them in serving their society, and developing their skills to contribute to rebuilding their country.
